Yes — this happens because the launcher and client aren't code-signed, which some antivirus tools flag by default for any unsigned executable. If it gets quarantined, restore it and add an exclusion for your WarRock Nostalgia install folder.
Yes, from the in-game options menu (not the launcher). If a resolution looks wrong after switching, try re-selecting it or restarting the client once.
